Meet Dr. Tanginika Cuascud, Clinical Sexologist

As people age, they run the risk of developing certain health issues.

Those health problems can include an array of sexual dysfunctions. This issue is more common for men, as a new study shows that as men age they will eventually suffer form erectile dysfunction.

Dr. Tanginika S. Cuascud has a holistic sexual health practice in North Texas. Her practice serves these sexual issues with a holistic and radical treatment. Where she helps both men and women overcome their sexual concerns. As a Clinical Sexologist and sexual health consultant, she focuses on assisting individuals; couples and groups of any sexual orientation or gender identity overcome their sexual and intimacy concerns.

Dr. Cuascud is a clinical sexologist, sexual health educator and surrogate partner therapy facilitator. She is the founder and principal of Texas Sexual Health.

She is a sexual health ambassador of the American Sexual Health Association and a member of the World Sexual Health Organization.

She has been the resident sexologist for Univision Dallas/Fort Worth and a sexual health contributor for many publications, including BabyCenter, Mamiverse, Voxxi and Heart and Soul Magazine.

As a sexual health educator, she has published many articles, conducted research and taught at the university level, in seminars and workshops. Her expert advice has been featured in Cosmopolitan, The Huffington Post, NBC Latino, and About.com, among others, translated to several languages and published all over the world. She has also reached audiences worldwide as a host and guest in many radio and TV shows.

Dr. Cuascud is a Doctor of Human Sexuality, a graduate of the International Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality. She is a board-certified clinical sexologist by the American College of Sexologists. Dr. Cuascud has post-doctoral studies in Neuroscience from Emory University. She also has a doctorate in Business Administration with a major in International Business from Argosy University; an MBA from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a graduate of the Summer Institute for Future Global Leaders at the University of the Virgin Islands in St. Thomas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Arts with a concentration in Management, both from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
