I got a phone call last week from Sherry Fontaine who is the General Manager at the Great American Cookies store in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas. I had recently recovered from Covid-19 and Covid pnemonia. I was a regular customer of the store before I came down with the virus. She reached out me and asked me to come in. I made my way to the store and Sherry and a co-worker Tessa surprised me with a Great American Cookie Covid-19 edition with my intials on it. It made my day. Thank you Great American Cookies,Sherry Fontaine,Tessa and staff for the upmost professoinalism and kindness. It was just what I needed.
